Speaker since 1995, Rosalie Moscoe, R.H.N., R.N.C.P. works as a Stress, Wellness and Nutritional Consultant. She’s a graduate of Centennial College’s Workplace Wellness & Health Promotion ‘95 and The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, ’98 with a RHN designation. She received her RNCP designation from the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants ’99.

A former college instructor, in 1999 she taught A Wellness Approach to Stress Management at Centennial College. Her background in wellness, stress and nutrition education, along with training in motivational speaking, gives her the tools to empower people to increase their own health, wellness, productivity and morale. She is a professional member of CAPS and NSA (Canadian and U.S. Speakers’ Associations). With a dynamic, fun style, she speaks internationally for staff of organizations, such as corporations, hospitals, associations, community groups and governments agencies. Rosalie also gives individual consulting in holistic nutrition to help people toward better mental and physical health.

Featured on the front page of The National Post in 2003 and other publications regarding her work on the hurried woman, nutrition and well-being, she also brings her work to individuals in her newly released book: Frazzled Hurried Woman! Your Stress Relief Guide to Thriving…Not Merely Surviving. She also shares her life giving strategies on ezinearticles.com where she is a featured as an expert author. Formerly, Rosalie was a singer and performer for children, having recorded five albums and was nominated for two Juno (Canadian Music) awards for “Best Children’s Album”.
